1. Controller

2. What data we process and why
Contact form: name, email, organisation (optional), type of enquiry, message, page language and your acceptance of this policy. Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal or quote.
Quick diagnosis: name, email, phone (optional), location, crop, area, problem, the photos you upload and your acceptance. Purpose: to assess your farm and reply with a first diagnosis. Please do not upload photos in which other people can be identified without their permission.
Email: if you write to us directly, we process your address and what you tell us in order to reply.
Visit statistics: we count visits in aggregate with Counter (counter.dev): page visited, referring website, screen size and time zone. We do not use cookies for this and do not identify you. More in Cookies.
3. Legal basis
Contact and diagnosis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering the enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f)). Newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Statistics: legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f)). Fields marked * are needed to handle your request.
4. Retention
Contact and diagnosis (including photos): as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if it becomes an assignment, for the duration of the relationship; afterwards, only kept blocked for the legal limitation periods. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Statistics: aggregated data only.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. The following process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form submissions, Netlify Forms); our email providers (domain forwarding and the mailbox where we receive messages and form notifications); the newsletter delivery provider, once activated, with GDPR safeguards; and Counter (counter.dev), for aggregated statistics.
6. International transfers
Netlify, Inc. is based in the United States, so data may be processed there. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, and its data processing agreement also provides for the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can check its certification at dataprivacyframework.gov. If another email provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the same safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@trueregenerative.com. Tell us which right you wish to exercise; if we have doubts about your identity, we may ask you to prove it. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us data without the consent of your parent or guardian.
9. Automated decisions and security
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (encrypted HTTPS connection, restricted access to submissions).
