True Regenerative

Project and quote

Services

Diagnosis, on-farm plan and team training. Write to us and ask for your project and quote. If it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you in the first conversation.

How you hire

Three ways in. The rest, only if needed.

Diagnosis

A short conversation about the farm. You come away with a clear decision: visit, plan, training or stop there.

On-farm plan

Design in the field: soil, water, biofactory and a plan the team can carry out, a far cry from the report that ends up in a drawer. We look at organic matter, microbiology, minerals and how to harvest water on that land.

Training

On the farm and in the classroom. The knowledge stays with the team: soil, bioinputs, animals and water.

Also

What gets added to the job

Biofactory

Design and start-up of compost, bokashi and ferments. The full recipe isn’t published.

Accompaniment

Follow-up and adjustments until the team can carry it alone.

Measurement

Lab, chromatography and Pfeiffer crystallisation. We don’t sell invented credits. Field evidence is documented and also serves whoever buys the harvest.

Aquaculture

The same approach, at sea. We work with UGI as independent organisations; it is not our own project.

Physiological pruning in vineyards

Field support with Maxime Pourveur (Architecte du Vivant): every intervention adjusted to the real physiology of each vine. No “more production” recipes.

The quote

The quote

Write to us and ask for your project and quote. The scope is agreed when we talk; there’s no published rate.

Sponsors · brands · supermarkets

For sponsors, brands and supermarkets

Sponsors, philanthropic capital, major brands, supermarkets and ingredient brands: if you want to back the people regenerating the soil, there’s a practical way to do it. Support reaches the farmers working with True Regenerative and comes back as product with a traceable origin.

Support farmers

Sponsors and philanthropic capital can fund the diagnosis, biofactory, water work or training on farms working with True Regenerative. The money goes into the field — soil, microbiology, organic matter and water — not into a brochure.

Sales channels

Large brands, supermarkets and ingredient brands can open sales channels for those farms’ products. The farmer gains a buyer who understands their management; the brand gains an origin it can explain.

Traceable chain

Farm traceability, field evidence, soil analysis and verifiable measurement (MRV). Step by step, towards a safe, quality supply chain and food.

What we are not

Support, not a label

True Regenerative is not an official certification body and doesn’t sell labels. We support, measure and document with verifiable evidence. If a project needs certification, we work with certifiers. We don’t publish rates: scope is agreed in conversation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does a regenerative diagnosis include?

A short conversation about context, bottlenecks and priorities. You leave knowing what’s in, what’s out and whether it makes sense to continue. Request a diagnosis.

Where do you work?

We’re based in La Palma de Cervelló (Barcelona) and work worldwide: partly remote, with visits depending on the project.

What is a biofactory and what is it for?

Designing and starting up compost, bokashi, ferments and liquids on the farm, to gain independence from bought-in inputs. More detail: biofactory and bio-inputs.

What if my bokashi smells bad or doesn’t heat up?

Good bokashi smells mildly fermented, like forest soil, and heats up in the first few days.

If it smells rotten or of ammonia, it is almost always one of these: too much water, too much nitrogen (too much manure or green waste) or not enough air.

If it doesn’t heat up, it may be too dry or too wet, short of sugar or microorganisms, too small a pile, or too cold.

How to fix it:

  • Do the fist test: squeeze a handful. If it drips, it is too wet. If it crumbles, it is too dry. It should form a clump without releasing water.
  • Turn the pile so air gets in.
  • If it is very wet or smells of ammonia, add dry, carbon-rich material (straw, dry leaves, husks, chopped charcoal).
  • If it won’t start, reactivate it with water plus molasses and yeast (or mountain microorganisms), without waterlogging it.
  • Cover it to protect it from rain, sun and cold, so it keeps its heat.

If nothing changes after these adjustments, or black moulds appear, don’t apply it. Write to us with a photo and we’ll help you find the cause.

Do you do keyline and water management?

Yes, it’s a pillar of the method in Mediterranean climates. No magic guarantees against drought. Keyline and water on the farm.

How do I ask for a quote?

Write to us and ask for your project and quote. Scope and cost are agreed in that conversation.

Do you sell carbon credits or invented certificates?

No. Verifiable measurement: lab, qualitative tools and field work. Rigour first; no invented credits. See method.

Do you offer training for the farm team?

Yes, on the farm and in the classroom: soil, bio-inputs, animals and water. Training.

Do you offer physiological pruning for vineyards?

Yes. We support winegrowers in the field with Maxime Pourveur (Architecte du Vivant), who works with our team. It is not a certification. See physiological pruning.
