Regenerative agriculture in brief: soil that works, water that stays and animals that close the loop, so you depend less on the bag. Here are the farms we can name, with the area already published and no new figures. Behind every card is the same groundwork: organic matter, microbiology, minerals and water.

To explore more regenerative producers in Iberia (and compare products), the Asociación de Agricultura Regenerativa Ibérica publishes a farm map and a food finder. An ARI resource, independent of True Regenerative.

Some cases include project video.

Each card has a name, a website and, where available, the hectares already published. If your farm is a similar size, the next step is a diagnosis, not copying your neighbour’s.

Ebro DeltaRice & ducks

EcoCastells

Ebro Delta · about 30 ha, ~1.5 ha of which belong to the duck project. Organic rice with soil regeneration and straw amendments; very good results on the plot, in animal management and in the residue cycle. ecocastells.com (Instagram) shows the regenerative work under way, the fruit of the support and training. Also at Regen Hub (LinkedIn). Olga Shavrina lists “Regeneratively grown rice with ducks or crabs” among the climate and nature solutions she came across in 2026, and links the ducks to Xavier Vélez Parera in the comments (LinkedIn).

Camarles (Baix Ebre)Greenhouse vegetables

L’Horta de Carme

Camarles (Baix Ebre), in the Ebro Delta · a family business that switched to organic production in 2005; today it farms 55 ha of vegetables and fruit trees, with its own warehouse and packing room, under CCPAE control. The challenge: go one step further and regenerate the greenhouse soil. What we do: soil reset with biofertilisers, rock dust and biochar, plus a Venturi injector for drip fertigation. Below, the greenhouse at planting and with the tomato plants grown; the work is ongoing. Website: lhortadecarme.cat.

Vilaeco

Baix Llobregat (Gavà)Market garden

Vilaeco

Baix Llobregat (Gavà) · about 30 ha of vegetables. Soil regeneration with flower strips, crop residues and fertility work; very good results in organic production and for the local area. Web: vilaeco.com (Instagram): organic fruit and vegetables, home-grown and local (online shop). The work on the farm continues.

Tugas Pagès

Baix Llobregat (Viladecans)Market garden

Tugas Pagès

Baix Llobregat (Viladecans) · about 10 ha of vegetables, moving from organic to regenerative: soil regeneration and biodiversity, with very good results in fertility and independence (community biofactory with Sostenipra and Ecocentral). Web: tugaspages.cat (Instagram), “Recerca i regeneració del sòl”: they work with universities and research centres, and the work done with them continues. Knowledge-transfer day on 10 April 2026 (Sostenipra · Tugas Pagès · Ecocentral): FertileCity, archive note. Xavier Vélez (regenerative agriculture adviser) was on the programme for the welcome and presentation. Their transition, on video: Instagram · LinkedIn.

Consultancy

Agroclau

Regenerative consultancy and mentoring (soils, terrain, AmbTu / Àgora Regenerativa; supported by UPC Agrotech). Soil regeneration on pilot farms (e.g. Vilaeco, Bardissa, La Rural de Collserola), with very good results in technical support. Web: agroclau.com, where the consultancy and mentoring work continues. Agroclau documentary in the making (LinkedIn).

EBE Bionatur

Berja (Almería)Biostimulants

EBE Bionatur

Berja (Almería) · Eco Bionatur SL: liquid fertiliser and biostimulants for some 1,000 farmers. Soil regeneration (organic matter · microbiology · minerals) with very good results in the field and at scale. The regenerative line is still active at ecobionatur.es (Instagram): proof that the training and design work paid off.

Innovation Day: groups of students and professionals working at tables

Innovation

Innovation Day · UAB + Molins de Rei

True Regenerative is taking part in Innovation Day: Solucions de talent, a programme run by the Parc de Recerca UAB and Molins de Rei City Council: companies and organisations set real challenges for students and researchers (Sep–Dec 2026; Pitch Day 11 Dec 2026). TR contributes challenges in regenerative agriculture (practical adoption of technologies that restore soil fertility) and regenerative aquaculture in the Mediterranean (restoring coastal seabeds / harbours), aiming for measurable, scalable solutions. Source: Parc de Recerca UAB news · this edition’s challenges · Instagram · LinkedIn (both in Spanish). A talent / open-innovation collaboration — not a farm consultancy contract.

A real sales channel for a farm we support: EcoCastells ducks, from the rice paddy to the kitchen.

  1. In the field

«Disfruta de este proyectazo de EcoCastells de Ganadería Regenerativa con patos pastoreados en el Delta del Ebre [...] Una perfecta simbiosis que cierra su ciclo en la cocina de l’Antic Molí y Vicent Guimerà, poniendo en valor una alimentación saludable y que cuida los ecosistemas acuáticos y la biodiversidad.»

Translation: «Enjoy this great EcoCastells regenerative livestock project with pastured ducks in the Ebro Delta [...] A perfect symbiosis that closes its cycle in the kitchen of l’Antic Molí and Vicent Guimerà, championing healthy food that cares for aquatic ecosystems and biodiversity.»

    In the video:

    • The ducks manage the weeds.
    • They fertilise the rice fields.
    • They feed on apple snails and insects, keeping them in check.
