2. Purpose
This website provides information about True Regenerative’s services (diagnosis, on-farm plan, bio-input factory, water, animals, physiological pruning, training and partnerships) and lets you contact us. The content is for information only and does not replace a diagnosis or technical advice tailored to each farm.
3. Terms of use
By browsing this website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith: without harming how it works, without introducing malicious code and without submitting false data, or third parties’ data without their permission, through the forms. We may change the website and this notice when needed; the version in force is the one published.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, images, videos, design, logos and the True Regenerative brand belong to TRUE REGENERATIVE, S.L.U. or to their authors and are used with their permission. They may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed for commercial purposes without written permission. You may quote or link to content if you cite the source.
The content on physiological vine pruning (texts and images) belongs to Maxime Pourveur / Architecte du Vivant, who has licensed it for this website; the rights remain with the authors. Where content belongs to third parties (photos, videos or quoted posts), its author or origin is stated.

Contributions made to the account shown in the “Support us” section are voluntary and involve nothing in return: they do not entitle you to goods, services or any preferential treatment. TRUE REGENERATIVE, S.L.U. is a commercial company, not a non-profit entity, so these contributions do not give rise to any tax deduction or relief for donations. If you wish to collaborate in exchange for something (for example as a sponsor), write to us and we will agree it in writing.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer protection law gives jurisdiction to the courts of the user’s place of residence.
